1 Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

| "Wagering Requirement" | The minimum total amount a User must wager using bonus funds before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. |
| "Prohibited Conduct" | Any action by a User that is expressly forbidden under Section 9 of these Terms and Conditions. |

2 Acceptance of Terms
2.1 By accessing the dn55 platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them as a legally enforceable contract.
2.2 These Terms must be read in conjunction with dn55's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published by dn55, these Terms shall prevail.
2.3 If you do not accept these Terms in full, you are not permitted to use any part of the dn55 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute acceptance of the amended Terms.
2.4 dn55 reserves the right to require Users to re-confirm their acceptance of these Terms at any time, including but not limited to at account login, during deposit processing, or following a material update to these Terms.
3 Eligibility & Age Verification
3.1 To register and use dn55, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You are at least 21 years of age;
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law;
- You are not an employee, director, or agent of dn55 or any of its affiliated companies, or a close family member of such a person;
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party;
- You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement imposed by dn55 or any gaming regulatory authority;
- You have not previously had an account with dn55 that was suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.
3.2 dn55 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility — including government-issued identity documents, proof of address, or proof of age — at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and temporary withholding of funds pending resolution.
3.3 It is each User's sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction. dn55 does not represent or warrant that the platform is legally accessible in all locations. If you are unsure about the applicable laws in your area, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.
4 Account Registration & Management
4.1 Each User may hold only one registered account on dn55. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of balances.
4.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, valid Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. You must promptly update this information if it changes.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes issued to your mobile number. dn55 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or SMS.
4.4 You must notify dn55 immediately via live chat if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. dn55 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.
4.5 dn55 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any account at its discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, misrepresentation, fraud, or any other conduct prejudicial to the platform or its other users.
4.6 Account Verification (KYC)
dn55 may, at any time, require Users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may involve submission of:
- A valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence);
- Proof of current residential address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement);
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe notified by dn55 may result in temporary or permanent restriction of withdrawal functionality.
5 Deposits & Payments
5.1 dn55 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. Users are advised to check the current list of accepted methods in their account deposit section.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200, unless a specific promotion specifies a different threshold. No maximum deposit limit is expressly set, though dn55 reserves the right to impose limits on individual accounts where responsible gaming or security considerations require it.
5.3 All deposits must be made from a payment account or method registered in the name of the dn55 account holder. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and will be returned, less any transaction fees incurred, upon identification.
5.4 dn55 does not charge deposit fees. However, third-party payment providers (including JazzCash and EasyPaisa) may apply their own transaction charges. dn55 has no control over and accepts no liability for third-party charges.
5.5 Deposits are generally credited to a User's dn55 account within minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take between one and three hours. dn55 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment infrastructure.
5.6 dn55 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit where it reasonably suspects the funds involved are connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
6 Withdrawals
6.1 Users may request withdrawal of their available balance (excluding any uncleared bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) to the payment method used for their most recent deposit, subject to the conditions set out below.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. dn55 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum withdrawal limits at its discretion with reasonable notice to Users.
6.3 All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. dn55 may request additional documentation before processing withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds or in circumstances where account verification has not been completed.
6.4 Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:
- JazzCash: 15 to 30 minutes from request approval;
- EasyPaisa: 15 to 30 minutes from request approval;
- HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank: 1 to 3 hours from request approval.
6.5 dn55 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending investigation if it has reasonable grounds to suspect account misuse, bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms. Users will be notified of any such hold.
6.6 Winnings derived from bet amounts that included bonus credits are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to those bonuses before becoming withdrawable. Withdrawals requested before satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus and associated winnings.
7 Bonuses & Promotions
7.1 dn55 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, and other incentives to Users from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms set out in the relevant promotional material, which must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.
7.2 All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions unless the applicable promotional terms expressly state otherwise:
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only and cannot be transferred to other accounts;
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per User, household, IP address, or device unless the promotion expressly permits multiple claims;
- Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion; expired bonus funds are forfeited;
- Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
- dn55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so.
7.3 Any User found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting promotional terms in a manner not intended by dn55, or using bonus funds in a calculated way to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements — will have their bonus forfeited and their account reviewed for possible suspension.
8 Gaming Rules & Fair Play
8.1 All games available on dn55 — including live casino games, slots, crash games, fishing games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or market. These rules are available within each game or event interface.
8.2 All random number generator (RNG) games on dn55 are independently audited and certified by recognised third-party testing laboratories. Results are generated by certified algorithms and are not subject to manipulation by dn55 or any user.
8.3 Live casino games are governed by the rules enforced by the live dealer studio operating the relevant table. In the event of a technical malfunction during a live game, the round will be declared void and any wagers placed during that round will be returned to the affected Users' accounts.
8.4 For sports betting markets, the settlement of bets is based on officially confirmed results from the relevant governing sports body. dn55 reserves the right to suspend, void, or delay settlement of markets where the result is subject to an official review, protest, or integrity inquiry.
8.5 Bets accepted in error — including at incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error in pricing — may be cancelled by dn55 at its discretion. Users will be notified of such cancellation and the relevant stakes will be returned.
8.6 Where a User disconnects from a live casino session or sports betting event mid-round, any pending bets already placed and confirmed prior to disconnection remain valid and will be settled according to the actual outcome. dn55 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the User's side.
9 Prohibited Conduct
9.1 The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Users found to have engaged in any of the following conduct may face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
- Registering or operating more than one account on dn55;
- Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with dn55 in a manner not intended for human players;
- Attempting to gain unfair advantage through collusion with other players, match-fixing, or insider information;
- Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of the platform to facilitate criminal activity;
- Attempting to cheat, deceive, or manipulate any game, market, or platform process;
- Sharing account access credentials with any third party or allowing a third party to operate your account;
- Using a payment method that does not belong to you or has been obtained through fraudulent means;
- Accessing the platform using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or account limitations;
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward dn55 staff or other platform users.
10 Intellectual Property
10.1 All content on the dn55 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interface design, game software, and audiovisual materials — is the intellectual property of dn55 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the dn55 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any dn55 content.
10.3 The dn55 name, logo, and associated branding are the exclusive trademarks of the platform operator. Unauthorised use of dn55 branding — including in social media posts, third-party websites, or affiliate materials not authorised by dn55 — is strictly prohibited.
11 Limitation of Liability
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dn55 shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the User's use of, or inability to use, the dn55 platform — including but not limited to losses arising from:
- Technical interruptions, platform downtime, or service unavailability;
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
- Data loss, unauthorised account access, or breaches of third-party systems beyond dn55's direct control;
- Errors in game software provided by third-party game developers;
- Decisions made by Users in reliance on information displayed on the platform.
11.2 dn55's aggregate liability to any User in connection with their account, for any claim or series of related claims, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
12 Privacy & Data Protection
12.1 dn55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at dn55.bid/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.
12.2 dn55 may share User data with regulatory authorities, payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention agencies where required by law or necessary to operate the platform. dn55 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
12.3 dn55 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect the transmission of personal and financial data between Users and the platform. However, no electronic transmission method is entirely secure, and dn55 cannot guarantee absolute security of data in transit.
13 Responsible Gaming
13.1 dn55 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
- Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
- Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been actively gaming for a specified duration;
- Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours);
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and be excluded from all dn55 platforms for a minimum period of six months.

13.3 All players must be 21 years of age or older. dn55 implements age verification checks during registration and may request additional verification at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

14 Account Suspension & Closure
14.1 dn55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
- Failure to complete required identity verification within a specified timeframe;
- Evidence of underage use or misrepresentation of age during registration;
- Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months;
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a recognised responsible gaming body.
14.2 Where an account is suspended or closed due to a User's breach of these Terms, dn55 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where misuse is confirmed, the relevant balance may be forfeited.
14.3 Users wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting dn55 support via the live chat function. Upon closure, any available balance (excluding bonus funds) will be withdrawn to the User's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
15 Disputes & Complaints
15.1 Any dispute or complaint regarding the operation of the dn55 platform, a specific game outcome, a bonus decision, or a withdrawal matter must be submitted to dn55 in the first instance via the live chat support function or by email to [email protected].
15.2 dn55 will acknowledge receipt of a complaint within 48 hours and aims to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days. Complex matters requiring external input may take longer; the User will be kept informed of progress.
15.3 Where a User is not satisfied with dn55's resolution of a complaint, the matter may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority or independent dispute resolution body as specified by the gaming license under which dn55 operates.
15.4 All decisions on disputes relating to game outcomes are final where the outcome is confirmed by independently verified game logs. dn55 maintains transaction records, game logs, and communication records for a minimum of five years to support dispute resolution.
16 Amendments to These Terms
16.1 dn55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users by notification within the platform, by email where an email address is registered, or by prominent notice on the dn55 website.
16.2 Amended Terms take effect from the date published on the platform unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the dn55 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
16.3 If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the dn55 platform and, if you wish, request account closure in accordance with Section 14.3.
17 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
17.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dn55 holds its gaming licence. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms.
17.2 Nothing in these Terms shall prejudice the right of either party to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in circumstances where such relief is necessary to protect legitimate interests pending final resolution of a dispute.
17.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
